How do I order?
Simply click on the items you like and they'll be added to your basket. When you're ready to pay you'll be directed automatically to Paypal to complete the transaction. You don't need to have a paypal account to pay by card: if you have any trouble at all, just call or email us: info@sarahdrew.com or 01726 68433.
Can I pay by cheque?
It's not a problem if you'd rather pay by cheque: simply send us an email (from 'contact us') with details of what you'd like and we can email you back an invoice with details of how much to make the cheque out for. It's also fine if you'd like to pay by Postal Orders.
How do I request bespoke items?
If it's a small change such as colour of crystals, just complete the order via paypal then just send us a quick email with the changes you'd like to make: make sure you give us your full name so we can match it to your order.
If you'd like to order a bespoke piece with more individual design involved, it'd best if you email or call with details of what you'd like, and when we've agreed on a design you can pay by Paypal or cheque/postal order.
What if I want to return an item?

Delivery, Returns & Exchanges
Please allow between 7 and 28 days from the time of ordering for delivery of your jewellery. This depends on the design chosen, availability of stones and how busy we are. If you need pieces in a hurry, we will always do everything we can to help: please just call or email to let us know when you need them by.
Items for refund or exchange must be returned within seven days of receipt in their original packaging and condition, and before your wedding day. After seven days we can offer only an exchange of goods, for a period of 30 days after purchase. If you require a refund on a discounted item, please note that you will be refunded the discounted price.
Refunds/replacements for items bought as gifts can only be given/sent to the original purchaser.
We reserve the right to refuse orders.
Product Details
We try to display as accurately as possible the goods that appear on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that the true colour of gem stones and other materials will be represented accurately as the colours that you see depend on your monitor's display and other factors beyond our control. All sizes and measurements given are as accurate as possible.
Payment Details
Payments via our shopping cart are processed by PayPal at the time of ordering. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the card issuer does not authorise payment, we will not process the order.
International Orders
Prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling, and currency will be converted by your credit or debit card provider at the current rate of exchange. Please note that your card provider may charge a premium or commission for this.
Customs, Excises and Taxes
Please note that you are responsible for your country's customs declarations, duties, excises and taxes. If your country applies these taxes and/or excises, it is your responsibility to be aware of them in advance. Customs clearance can take from a few hours to a few days - please take this into account when ordering.
